Chia seed, flaxseed and sunflower seed paste is an exclusive reference made in our production units. Our teams developed this paste in order to combine the benefits of each of these seeds.

When this seed paste is hydrated, chia seed and flaxseed mucilage is formed. Chia seed, flaxseed and sunflower seed paste offers a wide spectrum of uses in baked goods and pastries, ready meals, frozen desserts and dairy alternatives to:

With their high fibre content, chia seeds and flaxseed are good-quality prebiotics. Sunflower seeds are a source of unsaturated fats giving fluidity to the seed paste. The strong flavour of chia seed is softened by the fruity flavour of flaxseed and the more neutral flavour of sunflower seeds.

FLANQUART proposes two types of chia seed, flaxseed and sunflower seed paste. One, which is relatively dark brown in colour, is made using black chia seeds and brown flaxseed, while the other is much more neutral and is made with white chia seeds and golden flaxseed.
