Millet grain is a pseudocereal but does not contain gluten. It is the richest pseudocereal in terms of nutritional quality.
We have extensive expertise with millet grain. We work directly with French farmers for its production. We sort and hull the millet grain at our site.
We produce millet flour in our allergen-free production unit. Millet flour is an alternative to wheat flour for people who are gluten intolerant.
Millet flour is strongly flavoured. It is recommended that millet flour be combined with another flour with a more neutral flavour. In both sweet and savoury formulations, millet flour is ideal for baked goods, pastries and biscuits.
