Amaranth flour

Amaranth flour

Amaranth grain is a superfood. It has one of the highest nutritional potentials and shares a number of properties with cereals.

Amaranth flour is produced in our own production units. Since it is gluten free, amaranth flour is ideal for formulating recipes for people with a gluten intolerance.

In bakery goods, pastries and biscuits, amaranth flour brings notes of pepper and mild spices to your preparations. Amaranth flour can be used alone or in addition to other flours.
