In baked goods, pastries and ready meals or frozen desserts, crushed sunflower seeds can be used even more easily.

In our dedicated production units, we perform microbial decontamination, toasting of variable intensity, caramelisation or salting. Preparations such as toasting make it possible to vary the flavours of sunflower seed bits, giving peanut or walnut notes. Caramelised sunflower seed bits are interesting alternatives for use as inclusions or toppings in pastries and frozen desserts. Sunflower seed bits are crushed in our allergen-free production unit. We adapt the particle size to our customer’s requirements.
