1. Food Safety

Our quality policy places the emphasis firmly on food safety:


  • HACCP procedure regularly monitored thanks to our FSSC 22000.
  • Rigorous quality control of all products at reception, during the production process and at the time of dispatch (respect for clients’ specific features and requirements)
  • Securing of products within the production process by: sieving, metal detectors, magnets, optical sorting and microbial decontamination
  • External analysis: microbiological control plan, pesticides, heavy metals and toxins



2. Certification

FSSC 22000 certified.

ORGANIC certification issued by Bureau Veritas


SMETA 4 Pillars certification: Ethical audit (Working conditions / Health and safety in the workplace / The environment / Ethical practices)

KOSHER certification.

Our suppliers are rigorously selected based upon the quality of their products and the presence of recognised certification: IFS, BRC or ISO



3. Traceability

We work in partnership with a network of French farmers in the following sectors: brown flax, yellow flax, millet and mariane poppy

Implementation of:

  • A strict bill of specifications upstream from the farm, allowing complete traceability from the field through to our customers
  • A computerised system of traceability in production



4. Cross contamination

Our goal is to offer a range of products that are GLUTEN-FREE and/or ALLERGEN-FREE. We achieve this through:

  • Isolated storage of ORGANIC, Allergens/Gluten products
  • Specific production cleaning and scheduling procedures
  • Workshops devoted to allergen-free including gluten-free
