Organic quinoa flour is obtained by milling quinoa grain in our allergen-free production units. 
Quinoa flour has a high nutrient content. Quinoa flour is often used in gluten-free formulations. It is recommended that quinoa flour be combined with another flour to reduce the slightly bitter taste of the grain. 
Quinoa flour adds nutritional value to recipes. Quinoa flour can be used in both sweet and savoury formulations. Its flavour goes very well with chocolate or coffee. Quinoa flour can also be used to thicken soups and sauces.
