Sesame flour is produced from non-de-oiled sesame seeds in our dedicated production units. High in unsaturated fatty acids, sesame flour is stabilised using rice flour to guarantee a gluten-free status. We use our expertise to propose a range of sesame flours.
To ensure our sesame flour meets your requirements, we can decontaminate, toast or caramelise the seeds before milling. Sesame flour is used in numerous preparations. Sesame flour has an excellent swelling capacity. It adds interesting flavours to pastries. Sesame flour can be incorporated into baked goods.
Sesame flour can be used in the formulation of vegan or vegetarian recipes for dairy product alternatives. Sesame flour can be sprinkled onto salads as a topping or seasoning. Sesame flour can also be used in ready meals to add character.
