1. GROWING

We work in partnership with French producers in order to guarantee total traceability, consisting of knowing the entire history of the product, from the field to processing through to delivery of the finished product to the client.


2. DELIVERY CHECKS

We strictly control all our products via a thorough knowledge of the supply chain and our suppliers.

All of our raw materials are subject to discharge controls, which take the form of:

  • Taking representative samples
  • Humidity and purity analysis
  • Verification of health compliance

3. CLEANING – SORTING – OPTICAL SORTING

We receive some of our products untreated. Before storage, an initial cleaning is necessary in order to eliminate the major impurities (foreign seeds and straw).

Thanks to three independent stations, sorting of the flax, millet and poppy can be carried out continuously.

The succession of highly efficient procedures enables us to obtain products whose purity is above 99.90%: grids with optimised dimensions for the batches, densitometric sorting, alveolar sorting, brush, suction, optical sorting, magnets and metal detection.


4. HUSKING

Husking is a complex procedure that involves removing the husk in order to obtain the kernel.

We husk the millet in this way.


5. GRINDING – FLOURS

Based on our seeds, we also offer grinding services. From our ground seeds we obtain flours of various grain sizes.

We are able to offer our clients a range of low-gluten flours.


6. CRUSHING – CUTTING

The crushing process consists of cutting the seeds into pieces.

The seed chunks thus obtained a more frequently known as “bits”.

We produce a variety of crushed cereals (wheat, barley, rye or oats) as well as sunflower and marrow seed bits.


7. PASTES

Thanks to a specific procedure, our seeds are transformed into paste, which can be more or less refined depending on your requirements, and can also be guaranteed low in gluten.

With the exception of poppy paste, all of our pastes are produced without additives or preservatives.


8. MICROBIAL DECONTAMINATION – TOASTING

With the goal of improving the sanitary quality of our products and meeting our clients’ requirements in terms of microbiological quality, we have set up a microbial decontamination line for our seeds.

This process effectively reduces the seeds’ microbiological charge. This versatile procedure also enables us to toast the seeds, colouring some of them and providing a toasted flavour.


9. BLENDING

Based on our different raw materials (seeds, flakes, fruits, spices) we can create a wide variety of blends.

We adapt to your specific request, and create our blends according to your requirements.


10. CARAMELISATION

The majority of our seeds can be caramelised and/or salted in order to offer you a wider range of recipes.

12. CHECKS DURING PRODUCTION

Random checks are undertaken during the course of production, involving the following points:

  • Checks of bag weights
  • Checks of the metal detectors
  • Monitoring traceability
  • Respect of customer requirements

To ensure the complete compliance of our products, every dispatch is subjected to rigorous checking.

Correct labelling, respect for customer requirements and palletisation are all points that we check.
